Francesca has extensive experience coaching leaders through change and has designed and delivered dozens of developments programmes across both private and public sectors since 2010.  Prior to that, and as part of her senior role as an auditor at PwC, she successfully led and coached both individuals and teams for many years before her career transition.

For Francesca, coaching and identity go hand-in-hand – “who am I”, “where have I come from”, “who can I become”, “who am I in this context”, “how can I better serve this context” are all inquiries that are interwoven into her coaching process. Francesca’s approach to coaching is centred on the belief that individuals are inherently resourceful and have an innate wisdom. She sees her role as coach is to create a safe space for individuals to share their everyday dilemmas and stresses, re-centre, gain greater clarity and perspective, access their own resources and explore what new positive actions can be taken to lead more effectively, foster more constructive relationships, and manage their physical and emotional wellbeing in order to thrive in the face of these challenging and uncertain times.  Francesca has a supportive, appreciative and collaborative style.
