Francesca is an executive and leadership team coach. A Chartered Accountant who became a specialist in how leadership teams actually work.
For more than 15 years she has worked exclusively with senior leaders and their teams, currently across insurance and financial services, professional services, pharmaceutical, engineering and technology. Sometimes that is a team newly forming after a restructure or under a new leader; sometimes a mature team caught in stasis, or one in genuine crisis. The work is rarely comfortable. It is about surfacing what a team already half knows, building the trust to say it out loud, and turning that into decisions that hold.
She also works one to one with senior leaders, bringing that same systemic eye to the individual: not just how they lead, but the web of relationships and dynamics they are leading within.
Her conviction is that sustainable performance comes from the quality of a team’s relationships and conversations: how leaders think together, challenge each other well, and align around what actually matters.
Before this, Francesca spent the first eight years of her career as a chartered accountant at PwC, auditing predominantly SME clients. Those years gave her a close view of the real challenges and paradoxes business leaders face, and they are why her practice keeps a commercial edge.
She is a certified systemic team coach with the Academy of Executive Coaching, holds EMCC accreditation in systemic team coaching through the Global Team Coaching Institute, and is an accredited NLP coach. She is also accredited across Team Management Systems, Myers-Briggs, FIRO-B, Hogan and Strengths Profile.
Curious and pragmatic by nature, Francesca holds the space, and is willing to disturb it. That is what lets leaders think, connect and perform at their best, together.
