Founded by Francesca King who is passionate about the power of developing the right culture and paying attention to leadership, engagement and team effectiveness in driving sustainable business performance and improving organisational health – supporting leaders in getting the most out of themselves, their teams and their organisations. Her vision and philosophy is rooted in the passion and hunger to make a real difference, and help her clients maximise their potential.

Francesca is an experienced organisational development practitioner specialising in executive and team coaching, strategic workshop and engagement facilitation, and bespoke leadership development.

A Chartered Accountant (FCA), having trained and spent the first 8 years of her professional career as a financial auditor at PwC, Francesca’s combined experience brings a commercial edge to her practise. Those years spent working alongside her audit clients, predominantly SMEs, has given her a rich experience and insight into the many challenges and paradoxes faced by business leaders. It is this insight that enables her to partner effectively with business leaders and create business-led solutions.

Francesca is committed to establishing trusted partnerships with her clients; her desire to understand their businesses, ambitions and challenges allows her to tune in quickly and create bespoke, often creative, solutions focussing on enhancing business performance. She is used to operating in complex and changing environments and has a positive “can do” attitude.

Francesca is accredited in a wide range of psychometric tools such as Team Management Systems, Myers Briggs, Firo B, Hogan and Strengths Profile, is an accredited NLP coach and a certified systemic team coach with the Academy of Executive Coaches.  She has also international (EMCC) accreditation in systemic team coaching with the Global Team Coaching Institute.
